ARTHUR DUPAGNE - FEMME LULUA SYLISEE AT JAMES INFANTE'S BOOTH! We had a really difficult time deciding which of the many great things at the show was our favorite....but here it is! This is a black Masy marble sculpture by Arthur Dupagne (1895 - 1961), Belgian. This sculpture is dated 1932. Measures 81 cm. high. Details email: [email protected] or visit his website at www.jamesinfante.com. We were impressed by the quality of the show and really loved the display area (nice idea, an ivory rug!). Congratulations Fusco & Four!!!! Look forward to your November art show.

Ric flew up to visit with everyone at the Gramercy Park Modern Show and to take the picture of the thing he liked best at the show. This is his pick (and his photo): A Red Lacquer Cabinet & Mirror by Gerhard Schliepstein (1886 - 1963), German worked in Vienna, Austria. The cabinet was in the booth belonging to Andy and Chery Lin, who own MIX GALLERY in Lambertville, NJ. Their website is: www.mixgallery.com The cabinet and mirror are from their personal collection and the cabinet is similar to one of the same color being exhibited in the Wolfsonian Museum in Miami Beach, Florida.
